There are four scholarships specific to undergraduates in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering:
The Jan Scherfig Scholarship for Freshmen
- Scholarship opportunity for Civil and Environmental Engineering Majors for 1st year Freshmen
- Application Deadline: January 31, 2024 11:59 p.m.
- Award Notification: July 2024 (estimated)
- Award Amount: $1,000
- Application Submission Process: Submit an on-line scholarship application by January 31, 2024.
The Gary Guymon Scholarship for Sophomores
- Scholarship opportunity for Civil and Environmental Engineering Majors for 2nd year Sophomores
- Application Deadline: January 31, 2024 11:59 p.m.
- Award Notification: July 2024 (estimated)
- Award Amount: $1,000
- Application Submission Process: Submit an on-line scholarship application by January 31, 2024.
The Robin Shepherd Scholarship for Juniors
- Scholarship opportunity for Civil and Environmental Engineering Majors for 3rd year Juniors
- Application Deadline: January 31, 2024 11:59 p.m.
- Award Notification: July 2024 (estimated)
- Award Amount: $1,000
- Application Submission Process: Submit an on-line scholarship application by January 31, 2024.
Huitt-Zollars Scholarship
- Scholarship opportunity for Civil Engineering Majors
- Application Deadline: January 31, 2024 11:59 p.m.
- Award Notification: July 2024 (estimated)
- Award Amount: Up to $2,000 (2 awards)
- Application Submission Process: Submit an on-line scholarship application by January 31, 2024.

Selection Procedure: All applications will be reviewed by an evaluation committee. Multiple awardees may share one scholarship.
