The Entrepreneurship Seminar Series provides a real-world introduction to the theory and practice of entrepreneurship. Through a series of presentations by prestigious entrepreneurs and industry leaders, participants will explore the various organizational, strategic and financial challenges facing successful and unsuccessful entrepreneurs. Topics include start-up strategies, business idea evaluation, business plan writing, and introduction to venture capital.

Kenneth Charhut - President and CEO, MindFrame, Inc.
Ken has spent the past 25 years in the medical products market. He is Executive Chairman of the Board for Reshape Medical and an independent director of Arges Imaging.
Previously, Ken held the position of CEO and President of Orqis Medical Corporation. Prior to Orqis, he spent 16 years in general management positions with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, including President of the Bentley division and President of new business initiatives for the Cardiovascular Surgery Division. Ken spent four years in Japan as Managing Director of Baxter Japan Cardiovascular Division. He has served on several industry councils including as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
Currently, Ken serves as a Board Member of the Southern California Biomedical Council. Ken has a BSME degree from Cornell University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
